Why hello Friday, looking good!
How has your week been? It has been a pretty good week over here, but busy! We seemed to have something going on every evening this week. I am hoping to do some catching up and relaxing this weekend.
Per usual, I wanted to share some favorites of the week with you today. First up:
O.R.G. Skincare Mineral Peel I have actually been using this for a while but thought of it because I am almost out and was looking for it on Amazon so I could get some more. I got it in a FabFitFun box a while back and love it. It leaves my skin feeling super soft and fresh. It is also really gentle, which is a must for me as I have pretty sensitive skin. It is also affordable, the 2-ounce bottle is 20 bucks on Amazon, this size has lasted a long time!
I have also been digging on some grab and go food options this week. Including these microwave muffins. On the left are Flap Jacked To-Go Mighty Muffins. On the right are Kodiak Cakes Minute Muffins. I have had the Mighty Muffins before, and kind of keep one or two on hand as a treat or quick breakfast. They are great, but kind of pricey. The Minute Muffins were new to me. They don’t have anywhere near the protein of the Mighty Muffins, but have pretty good ingredients, totally quench a muffin craving, and are much more affordable. All wins in my book!
I have also been loving these pickles recently, a friend from work introduced me to them and they are delicious. The regular flavor is pictured below, but the Hottie ones are my personal favorite.
On the workout front, it’s been a little lighter this week, but I think my body needed a little rest, so no complaints there. I also am almost done filling out my calendar, which is always a nice feeling.
What are your plans for the weekend? I am planning to catch up with some friends this weekend, and we are hoping to take the babies peach picking on Sunday. I am also hoping to make this Triple squash pie from Confessions from a Mother Runner. It looks so good, I am thinking I will make it for dinner over the weekend and breakfast to start the week.
