Hey guys! Can you believe we are entering the last weekend of 2017?!? I can’t believe the year is already up. 2017 has been a year of a lot of personal growth for me and I am so, so grateful to you guys for being there with me. Thank you for reading, commenting and mostly sharing life with me this year. Hope you have a wonderful New Year’s Eve and a beautiful start to 2018!
Now let’s talk favorites, in honor of it being the end of the year, I thought I would share the favorite posts on Pizza & Pull-Ups this year, as selected by the number of views.
The top Pizza & Pull-Ups posts this year were:
- Homemade Chocolate Coconut RX bars (these are tasty, but the pics are not great, I will try to reshoot this recipe soon).
- Stitch Fix Review
- From the yoga mat to brunch – New PrAna Gear
Thanks again for your support in 2017, if there is something you would like to see more of, please let me know!
In day-to-day life, I have been enjoying the following this week:
On Tuesday, I got to enjoy a zoo date with some of my favorite people. The babes and I met my mom and niece and enjoyed a beautiful day strolling and saying hi to the animals. We got to share the joys of giraffe feeding with my niece, and it seemed like all the animals were out and wanting to say hi.
I had an awesome friend date Wednesday night. We hit up a yoga class, and then she came over to catch up over wine and snacks. It was perfection.
I also got to enjoy a lunch date with my handsome hunk o’man, which is always such a nice treat. We met at Zinburger, which is a kind of fancy burger joint. I had a veggie burger with guacamole and mozzarella, and he had a breakfast burger, which is topped with bacon, cheese, and a fried egg.
We also shared these green chile cheese fries, which are basically what spicy, gooey french fry dreams are made out of.
Around the web:
I loved this post from Eating Bird Food on Becoming an Influencer. I find it so inspiring to hear about how some of my favorite bloggers grew their blogs.
This list of top 2017 books has a little something for everyone, including a couple that I am looking forward to reading.
I had never heard of Fesenjan chicken, but this recipe looks amazing!
On the workout front I have been enjoying all the classes this week since I have been off work and able to make it to more. I have gotten in some awesome OTF classes, including a tornado style workout that kicked my booty. I took two yoga classes, including one with my all-time favorite instructor, and am planning to squeeze in a spin class this am.
What are some of your favorites from the past week? From 2017? Any big New Year plans? I will be enjoying a cozy evening at home, but am planning to unplug a little for the holiday. I will see you back on the blog on the 2nd.
Hope you have a great weekend and a Happy New Year!!!!!
